The SA213 T22 Alloy Steel Boiler Membrane Wall Panel features heavy-wall φ51×6mm tubes in 2.25Cr-1Mo alloy steel, purpose-built for the extreme thermal and pressure conditions of supercritical and ultra-supercritical power plant furnace walls. This premium-grade panel delivers unmatched creep strength and hydrogen attack resistance.

Material & Construction

Fabricated from SA213 T22 seamless alloy steel tubes containing 2.25% Chromium and 1% Molybdenum. This higher chromium content significantly enhances oxidation resistance, making T22 the material of choice for high-temperature furnace wall applications. Membrane bars are produced from 12Cr1MoV alloy steel for optimal weld compatibility. All panel-to-panel joints are prepared with pre-machined weld bevels for rapid field assembly.
